1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DocShare application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Replik Media Pvt. Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2Description of Service

DocShare is a mobile application that provides:

• Encrypted document storage and sharing
• Real-time chat messaging between registered users
• Audio and video calling via LiveKit
• Task management (Todo)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.

3User Accounts

To use DocShare, you must register an account using a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DocShare to:

• Upload, share, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

5User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to DocShare. By uploading content, you grant Replik Media Pvt. Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We do not actively monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6Intellectual Property

The DocShare application, including its design, code, graphics, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of Replik Media Pvt. Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written permission.

7Privacy

Your use of DocShare is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

8Disclaimers

DocShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Replik Media Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Conduct of any third party on the App

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DocShare at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@thereplik.com. After account deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of DocShare following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
